Sade, etc is a curated home store in Cleveland built around the idea that the best homes feel collected, not decorated.
The shop brings together vintage furniture, art, objects, tabletop, textiles, lighting, and new pieces chosen for character, warmth, and a sense of story. Some pieces are old, some are new, some are a little unexpected — but everything is selected with the same eye: thoughtful, layered, and anything but ordinary.
At Sade, etc, we believe a home should feel personal. Not overly perfect. Not pulled from one catalog. The most interesting spaces are built over time — with pieces that carry texture, history, humor, patina, and point of view.
Our mix is influenced by travel, interiors, markets, old homes, good food, well-set tables, and the kind of rooms that feel lived-in in the best possible way. The result is a shop filled with pieces meant to add depth, soul, and individuality to everyday spaces
Founder Note
Sade, etc was founded by Dorit Sade, whose background spans real estate, interiors, staging, and years of sourcing pieces for homes with character.
Originally from South Africa, Dorit has lived in Tel Aviv, Europe, West Africa, Washington, D.C., and now Cleveland — a mix of places that continues to shape her eye for interiors. Her style is layered and edited, blending vintage finds with contemporary pieces, earthy textures, sculptural forms, and objects that feel discovered rather than mass-produced.
After years of working in real estate and home styling, Dorit saw the same thing again and again: beautiful homes often lacked soul once they were staged or decorated too generically. Sade, etc grew from that instinct — the belief that rooms come alive when they include pieces with history, warmth, and a little imperfection.
What began as sourcing for staging and styling projects became a store: part home shop, part treasure hunt, part ode to the collected interior.
